摘　　要：介绍基于双针床电脑横机的全成形针织产品放针工艺的编织原理,包括明放针和暗放针编织工艺。针对织物成品放针处出现孔眼的问题,分析并提出全成形针织产品明放针和暗放针编织工艺的改进方法,并分析不同放针工艺之间的区别以及在实际编织过程中的注意要点。经实践研究表明,改进后的放针工艺能够较好地改善织物放针处的孔眼问题。该研究对全成形针织毛衫的设计与生产具有指导意义。This paper introduces the knitting principle of fully fashioned knitting products’widening process based on double needle bed computerized flat knitting machine,including direct widening and hidden widening process.Aiming at the problem of eyelets at the place where the needle is put into the finished fabric,this paper analyzes and puts forward the improvement methods for the direct widening and hidden widening knitting process of fully fashioned knitted products.It also analyzes the differences between different widening processes and points for attention in the actual knitting process.Through practical research,the improved technology can improve the eyelet problem of the fabric.This study has guiding significance for the design and production of fully fashioned sweater.
