摘 要:通过涂层技术制备了聚苯硫醚-聚四氟乙烯乳液-碳化硅(PPS-PTFE-SiC)涂层核生化防护帐篷材料。采用化学渗透测试仪、离子分析仪、毛细流孔径仪、静态接触角测量仪、透气性测试仪和万能强力机等仪器对试样的耐化学渗透、耐生化毒剂和机械强力等性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明,涂层中PPS粒子和PTFE粒子的加入可以提高试样的耐化学腐蚀性能,试样对生化毒剂的可防御范围广,可对蛋白质、酶等PU涂层无法防御的毒剂小分子进行有效防护。PPS-PTFE-SiC涂层核生化防护帐篷试样能够满足核生化防护帐篷材料的要求,其防护性能优于市场上大部分同类产品。A kind of nuclear and biological protection tent material with PPS-PTFE-SiC coating was prepared by a coating method.A chemical osmotic tester,an ion analyzer,a capillary pore diameter meter,a static contact Angle meter,a permeability tester and a universal strength machine were used to characterize and test the chemical osmotic resistance performance,the chemical agent resistance performance and the mechanical strength of the samples.Results show that,the addition of PPS and PTFE particles in the coating can improve the chemical corrosion resistance properties of the samples.The samples have a wide range of defense against biochemical agents,and the samples can effectively protect small molecules of proteins,mildew and other toxic agents.The nuclear and biochemical protection tent samples can meet the requirements of nuclear and biochemical protection tent materials,the protection performance of which is better than most similar products in the market.
