摘 要:目的观察《伤寒论》大黄黄连泻心汤麻沸汤浸渍剂与常规煎煮剂的退热作用,从整体热效应角度探索其煎煮方法的科学内涵。方法将36只大鼠分为正常组、正常+浸渍组、正常+煎煮组、模型组、模型+浸渍组、模型+煎煮组,共6组;采用皮下注射干酵母法制备大鼠发热模型。浸渍组灌服大黄黄连泻心汤麻沸汤浸渍剂,煎煮组灌服大黄黄连泻心汤煎煮剂,其余两组灌服蒸馏水。应用红外热成像技术(Thermal Metabolic Imaging,TMI)测定并分析大鼠红外热成像图。结果给予大黄黄连泻心汤后,发热模型大鼠基础温度出现下降。与模型组相比,模型+浸渍组给药后1 h温度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),模型+煎煮组给药后2 h温度降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),煎煮组与浸渍组温度值给药后1 h差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。服用不同煎煮方法的大黄黄连泻心汤,正常大鼠温度变化存在部位差异。与正常+浸渍组相比,正常+煎煮组在胸部膻中穴区、中腹部中脘穴区、腹股沟部位差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在全身平均温度值差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论与煎煮剂相比,浸渍剂退热部位广泛且偏于中上腹;煎煮剂对发热模型大鼠降温作用更为显著,浸渍剂对正常大鼠体表温度作用更为显著。大黄黄连泻心汤不同煎煮方法的热效应差异证实了方药煎煮方法的重要性和科学性,有利于更好地发挥疗效。Objective To compare the antipyretic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction acquired by Mafei Decoction dipping and regular decocting in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and to explore the scientific connotation of its decocting method from the angle of global thermal effect.Methods Sthirtysix rats randomized into six groups:normal group,normal immersion group,normal decocting group,model group,model immersion group,model decocting group;the febrile rat models were established by injecting dry yeast under the skin.Two immersion groups took Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction acquired by Mafei Decoction dipping.Two decocting groups took Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction acquired by regular decocting.Normal and model groups took normal saline.The temperature of all rats was measured after taking the medicine.To measure infrared images of each group and observe their thermal effect changes before and after administration,infrared thermal imaging technology(TMI)was applied.Results According to the size of TMI high temperature area in ascending order,immersion group was larger than decoction group and decoction group was larger than normal group.The low temperature area of the immersion group was widely distributed in the abdomen,while the decoction group was concentrated in the lower abdomen(RN4-centered).There was significant difference between decoction and impregnantby analyzing body surface temperature(P<0.01).Compared with normal decocting group,the normal immersion group had more significant antipyretic effects on the chests(RN17-centered)and middle abdomens(RN12-centered)of rats(P<0.05).The model immersion group and model decocting group had highly significant effects on basic temperature an hour after taking the medicine(P<0.01).The basic temperature of model decocting group highly declined compared with the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion The impregnant and regular decoction of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction have different antipyretic effect on rats.Compared with regular decoction,the acting targets of
