四种中药注射剂辅助甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变网状Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过网状meta分析方法,比较4种不同中药注射剂辅助甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法通过计算机对万方、中国知网、维普、Pubmed等中英文数据库进行检索,检索时间选择为建库至2019年10月,按照纳入、排除标准由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选并提取资料,使用Cochrane协作网提供的偏倚风险评估工具对纳入文献进行治疗评价,采用WinBUGS软件进行数据分析,采用STATA软件进行绘图。结果最终共纳入58篇符合纳入标准的随机对照试验,涉及4种中药注射剂,包含4955例受试患者。统计分析结果,总有效率:甲钴胺联合银杏叶注射液>甲钴胺联合丹红注射液>甲钴胺联合丹参川芎嗪注射液>甲钴胺联合血栓通注射液>甲钴胺,甲钴胺联合血栓通注射液改善神经传导速度效果最好。结论甲钴胺联合银杏叶注射剂改善糖尿病周围神经病变总有效率具有优势,甲钴胺联合血栓通注射液改善神经传导速度效果具有优势。Objective To compare the efficacy of four different traditional Chinese medicine injections with mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy by mesh Meta-analysis.Methods The Chinese and English databases such as WanFang,CNKI,Weipu and Pubmed were searched by computer.The search time was selected to be built until October 2019.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two researchers independently screened and extracted data.The inclusion risk assessment tool provided by the Cochrane Collaboration was used to evaluate the included literature,the data was analyzed using WinBUGS software,and the STATA software was used for mapping.Results A total of 58 randomized controlled trials that met the inclusion criteria were included,involving 4 Chinese herbal injections,including 4955 patients.Statistical analysis results:total effective rate:mecobalamin combined with Ginkgo biloba Injection>mecobalamin combined with Danhong Injection>mecobalamin combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza Injection>methylcobalamin combined with Xueshuantong Injection>methylcobalamin,A cobaltamine combined with Xueshuantong Injection has the best effect on improving nerve conduction velocity.Conclusion Mecobalamin combined with Ginkgo biloba Injection has an advantage in improving the total effective rate of DPN.The effect of methylcobalamin combined with Xueshuantong Injection on improving nerve conduction velocity has advantages.
