脉搏波传导速度及剪切波弹性成像测量动脉性阴茎勃起功能障碍患者颈总动脉管壁硬度的研究

摘  要:目的:分析不同阴茎勃起功能障碍(Erectile dysfunction,ED)患者颈总动脉管壁硬度的变化。方法:收集2019年1—12月因ED前来泌尿外科就诊的患者185例,排除30例患有糖尿病、高血压、动脉粥样硬化斑块等影响血管壁硬度疾病的患者,最后155例纳入研究,根据注射药物后阴茎背动脉血流参数对受试者进行分类。结果:所有受试者年龄,左、右侧颈总动脉脉搏波传导速度(Pulse wave velocity,PWV)、剪切波弹性成像技术(Shear wave elastography,SWE)值无明显差异,前壁SWEmean值大于后壁且有统计学意义(P<0.05);动脉性ED患者颈总动脉PWV及SWE平均值均较静脉性ED及非血管性ED增大;静脉性ED与非血管性ED间均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:动脉性ED与心血管疾病之间关系密切,利用PWV与SWE技术证明动脉性ED患者颈总动脉管壁硬度较静脉性ED及非血管性ED患者大。Objective:To analyze the changes of common carotid artery wall hardness in different erectile dysfunction(ED)patients.Methods:From January to December 2019,185 patients who came to the urology clinic due to penile ED were collected.Out of 30 patients with disease which acts on the hardness of vascular wall,such as diabetes,high blood pressure and atherosclerosis plaques,finally 155 cases were brought into the study,and classified according to the penile dorsal artery blood flow parameters after drug-induced dual-function ultrasound.Results:There was no significant difference in age,PWV and SWE between left and right common carotid arteries,and the SWEmean value of anterior wall was higher than that in posterior wall.Conclusion:There is a close relationship between arterial ED and cardiovascular disease.PWV and SWE technology are used to prove that the hardness of common carotid artery wall in patients with arterial ED is greater than that in patients with venous ED and non vascular ED.
