PDCA职业防护管理在门诊处置室应用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨门诊处置室实施PDCA职业防护管理的效果。方法该院自2020年1月起开展PDCA职业防护管理,其中2019年7—12月情况纳入管理干预前,2020年1—6月情况纳入管理干预后,比较管理干预前后门诊处置室的职业防护管理效果。结果管理干预后,护理人员在防护知识知晓、无菌操作规范性、血液污染防护、锐器损伤防护、化学危害防护5个维度的评分均较管理干预前显著提高(P<0.05);管理干预后,护理人员手部、无菌包、消毒液、空气的检测合格率和总合格率分别为97.3%、99.3%、98.7%、95.3%、97.7%,均较管理干预前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论门诊处置室在日常管理同时,调查职业危害因素,并实施针对性防护措施,同时加强PDCA职业防护管理,有效提高了职业防护管理效果。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA occupational protection management in the outpatient treatment room.Methods The hospital has carried out PDCA occupational protection management since January 2020,among them,the situation from July to December 2019 was included before the management intervention,and the situation from January to June 2020 was included after the management intervention,compared the occupational protection management effect of the outpatient treatment room before and after the management intervention.Results After the management intervention,the scores of the nursing staff in the five dimensions of protection knowledge awareness,aseptic operation standardization,blood contamination protection,sharp instrument injury protection,and chemical hazard protection were significantly higher than before the management intervention(P<0.05);After the management intervention,the passing rates of the nursing staff's hands,sterile bags,disinfectant and air and total pass rate were 97.3%,99.3%,98.7%,95.3%,and 97.7%respectively,which were significantly higher than those before the management intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion In the daily management of the outpatient treatment room,the occupational hazards are investigated,and targeted protective measures are implemented.At the same time,the PDCA occupational protection management is strengthened,which effectively improves the occupational protection management effect.
