摘　　要：孕产妇健康管理是基本公共卫生服务的重大任务之一,该研究通过分析龙岗区孕产妇管理现状及存在问题,针对孕产妇人群依从性差、医务人员素质不高、社康数量多、督导模式需改进、社康服务能力不足等问题,提出切实可行的管理策略并予落实,提升了基层孕产妇管理内涵,取得了孕产妇健康管理的成效,为孕产妇健康管理项目的有效实施提供了建议与参考。Maternal health management is one of the major tasks of basic public health services.This study analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the management of pregnant women in Longgang District,and aims at the supervision of the poor compliance of the pregnant women,the low quality of medical staff,and the large number of social health services models need to be improved,social health service capacity is insufficient,etc.,put forward practical management strategies and implement them,improve the content of grass-roots maternal management,achieve results in maternal health management,and provide suggestions and references for effective implementation of maternal health management projects.
