基于医院等级评审标准的护理质量持续改进应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基于医院等级评审标准的护理质量持续改进对护理质量及患者护理满意度的影响。方法以医院等级评审标准为依据,完善全院护理管理体系,借助先进护理质量持续改进工具和方法,对全院实施护理质量持续改进工作。并与评审实施前同时期护理质量和患者满意度进行比较,以评价其应用效果。结果评审后,全院基础护理、专科护理、危重护理和健康宣教护理质量评分均明显较评审前提高;临床科室、门诊、医技、手术室患者护理满意度明显高于评审前,评审前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于医院等级评审标准的护理质量持续改进可有效提高全院护理质量及护理满意度,利于护理质量的可持续发展。Objective To explore the impact of continuous improvement of nursing quality based on hospital grade assessment standards on nursing quality and patient care satisfaction.Methods Based on the hospital grade assessment standard,perfect the nursing management system of the whole hospital,and implement the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the whole hospital with the help of advanced nursing quality continuous improvement tools and methods.And compare with the nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the same period before the implementation of the review to evaluate its application effect.Results After the review,the hospital's basic nursing,specialist nursing,critical care and health education and nursing quality scores were significantly higher than before the review;patient satisfaction in clinical departments,outpatient clinics,medical technology,and operating rooms was significantly higher than before the review,and the difference between before and after review,was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement of nursing quality based on the hospital grade assessment standard can effectively improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of the whole hospital,which is beneficial to the sustainable development of nursing quality.
