老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者行股骨近端螺旋刀片抗旋髓内钉内固定术治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者行股骨近端螺旋刀片抗旋髓内钉内固定术治疗的效果。方法在该院患者中方便选取2018年6月—2019年6月120例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为此次研究对象,以电脑随机的方法将他们对半分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用动力髋螺钉治疗,实验组采用股骨近端螺旋刀片抗旋髓内钉内固定术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的住院时长(8.3±1.1)d低于对照组(11.2±1.2)d,差异有统计学意义(t=13.790,P<0.001)。实验组患者的治疗有效率(95%)高于对照组(83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.227,P=0.040)。实验组患者术后的VAS评分(3.5±1.2)分低于对照组(4.5±1.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.580,P<0.001)。结论股骨近端螺旋刀片抗旋髓内钉内固定术应用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的治疗可以取得不错的治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation on the proximal femur in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures from June 2018 to June 2019 were conveniently selected from the patients in the hospital as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group in half by computer randomization.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screws,and the experimental group was treated with anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation with the proximal femur spiral blade.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The length of hospital stay of the experimental group(8.3±1.1)d was lower than that of the control group(11.2±1.2)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.790,P<0.001).The treatment effective rate(95%)of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(83%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.227,P=0.040).The postoperative VAS score(3.5±1.2)points of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(4.5±1.8)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.580,P<0.001).Conclusion Proximal femoral spiral blade anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation applied to the treatment of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures can achieve good therapeutic effects.
