米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病合并重症肺炎及心力衰竭临床分析

摘　　要：目的评定米力农治疗方案实施在先天性心脏病且同时并存重症肺炎和心力衰竭小儿中的临床价值。方法方便选取2018年4月—2019年12月该医院治疗的62例先天性心脏病且同时并存重症肺炎和心力衰竭小儿实施数据项目计算,所使用组别区分方式是随机数字表方法,各个组别纳入31例,实验组选择常规治疗+多巴胺+西地兰+米力农药物治疗方案,对照组选择常规治疗+多巴胺+西地兰药物治疗方案,分析小儿药物治疗有效总体计算值、肺部啰音得以消除所用时间、肝脏体积减少到正常所用时间、呼吸恢复至平稳所用时间、心率恢复至平稳所用时间,调查小儿家属对药物治疗效果满意总体计算值。结果实验组小儿药物治疗有效总体计算值(96.77%)比较对照组分析数据资料(77.42%)加大(χ^2=5.166,P<0.05);对照组小儿肺部啰音得以消除所用时间、肝脏体积减少到正常所用时间、呼吸恢复至平稳所用时间、心率恢复至平稳所用时间[(10.34±0.76)d、(7.45±0.60)d、(2.40±0.56)d、(2.23±0.40)d]比较实验组分析数据资料[(8.20±0.50)d、(5.30±0.44)d、(1.85±0.30)d、(1.50±0.24)d]增加(t=13.097、16.088、4.820、8.713,P<0.05);实验组小儿家属对药物治疗效果满意总体计算值(93.55%)比较对照组分析数据资料(74.19%)加大(χ^2=4.292,P<0.05)。结论为先天性心脏病且同时并存重症肺炎和心力衰竭小儿选取常规治疗+多巴胺+西地兰+米力农药物治疗方案显示较优临床药物治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of milrinone treatment program in children with congenital heart disease and coexisting severe pneumonia and heart failure.Methods The data items were calculated for 62 children with congenital heart disease who were treated in the hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 with coexisting severe pneumonia and heart failure.The group classification method used was the random number table method.31 cases were included in each group.The experimental group selected conventional treatment+dopamine+cedilan+milrinone drug treatment plan,and the control group selected conventional treatment+dopamine+cedilan drug treatment plan.The overall calculated value of effective pediatric drug treatment and lung were analyzed.The time taken to eliminate the rales,the time taken to reduce the liver volume to normal,the time taken to return to steady breathing,and the time taken to return to steady heart rate.Investigate the overall calculated value of the satisfaction of the children’s family with the drug treatment.Results The overall calculated value(96.77%)of effective drug treatment in children in the experimental group increased compared with the analysis data of the control group(77.42%)(χ^2=5.166,P<0.05);the time it took for the children in the control group to eliminate rales in the lungs,the time taken for the liver volume to decrease to normal,the time taken for breathing to return to steady,and the time taken for heart rate to return to steady[(10.34±0.76)d,(7.45±0.60)d,(2.40±0.56)d,(2.23±0.40)d]compared to the experimental group analysis data[(8.20±0.50)d,(5.30±0.44)d,(1.85±0.30)d,(1.50±0.24)d]increased(t=13.097,16.088,4.820,8.713,P<0.05);the children's family members in the experimental group were satisfied with the drug treatment effect.The overall calculated value(93.55%)compared with the control group(74.19%)increased(χ^2=4.292,P<0.05).Conclusion The conventional treatment+dopamine+cedilan+milrinone drug treatment program for children with congenital heart disease
