摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病足溃疡创面表现出的系列特点以及检测主要细菌分布后获得的对应结果。方法方便选择该院2017年6月—2019年2月收治的136例糖尿病足患者作为实验对象;针对其溃疡创面表现进行观察,并且就治疗结果进行分析,于临床对患者合理展开细菌培养操作,就病原菌分布情况加以充分明确。结果对于该次研究收治的136例糖尿病足患者,其分级情况为:1级患者36例(26.47%)、2级患者40例(29.41%)、3级患者30例(22.06%)、4级患者20例(14.71%)、5级患者10例(7.35%);并且伴随着分级结果逐渐增加,对应的临床疗效呈现出明显下降。针对患者溃疡创面情况进行分析发现,40例患者表现出浅表溃疡的现象,44例患者表现出肌腱坏死的现象,14例患者表现出干湿性混合创面的现象,10例患者表现出脓腔形成现象,10例患者表现出死腔形成现象,6例患者表现出假性愈合现象,4例患者表现出关节积液现象,6例患者表现出骨髓炎现象,6例患者表现出干性坏疽现象。对糖尿病足患者细菌分布情况进行分析,136例患者中,检出菌群共包括168株,其中属于混合感染患者16例,分别为4例≥2种G+感染患者,4例革兰阴性菌同阳性菌混合感染患者以及8例≥2种G-感染患者。对于168株菌群,其中包括60株G+菌,以金黄色葡萄球菌占有最高比例,其次为肠球菌;包括90株G-菌,以铜绿假单胞菌占有最高比例,其次为大肠埃希菌以及奇异变形菌;包括18株真菌。结论患者在患有糖尿病足疾病后,呈现出多样的溃疡创面类型,并且对病原菌构成情况进行分析,表现出复杂特点,对此临床针对糖尿病足患者在治疗期间,需要通过对其病情状况加以掌握,选择对应抗生素施治,以对于糖尿病足患者康复状态提升,奠定基础。Objective To explore the series of characteristics of diabetic foot ulcer wounds and the corresponding results obtained after detecting the distribution of main bacteria.Methods Select 136 diabetic foot patients conveniently admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 as experimental subjects;observe the appearance of their ulcer wounds,analyze the treatment results,and conduct reasonable bacterial culture operations on the patients in the clinic,and fully clarify the distribution of pathogens.Results For the 136 diabetic foot patients admitted in this study,the classification status was:36 cases(26.47%)of grade 1 patients,40(29.41%)of grade 2 patients,30(22.06%)of grade 3 patients,grade 4 of 20 cases(14.71%);10 cases(7.35%)of grade 5 patients;and with the gradual increase of grading results,the corresponding clinical efficacy showed a significant decrease.According to the analysis of patients’ulcer wounds,40 patients showed superficial ulcers,44 patients showed tendon necrosis,14 patients showed mixed wet and dry wounds,and 10 patients showed abscesses formation phenomenon,10 patients showed dead space formation,6 patients showed false healing,4 patients showed joint effusion,6 patients showed osteomyelitis,and 6 patients showed dry gangrene phenomenon.The distribution of bacteria in diabetic foot patients was analyzed.Among the 136 patients,168 strains of bacteria were detected.Among them,16 were patients with mixed infections,including 4 patients with≥2 G+infections,and 4 patients with gram-negative bacteria.Patients with mixed infection of positive bacteria and 8 patients with≥2 kinds of G-infection.For the 168 column flora,including 60 strains of G+bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus accounted for the highest proportion,followed by Enterococcus;including 90 strains of G-bacteria,Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for the highest proportion,followed by Escherichia coli And Proteus mirabilis;including 18 fungi.Conclusion After suffering from diabetic foot disease,patients present a variety of ulcer
