摘 要:淮南矿业集团煤巷普遍采用矩形断面和锚(索)网联合支护。巷道掘进过程中,肩窝和底角锚杆断锚现象较为严重,沿空巷道断锚率达20%以上,不仅影响掘进效率,同时还影响巷道的支护安全,造成支护材料的浪费。对此,从理论角度对巷道周围势能聚集分布进行分析,并提出了现场解决对策。实践表明,肩窝锚杆断锚现象得到了有效控制。The main supporting form is anchor(cable)net supporting in Huainan Mining Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd.In the course of mine tunnel excavation,the anchor of shoulder and floor broke more seriously,the anchor break rate is over 20%in the gob-side entry,it not only affects the tunneling efficiency,but also affects the safety of roadway supporting,resulting in the waste of supporting materials.In order to solve the above problems,this paper analyzed them through theory and the potential energy concentration distribution around roadway,then proposed the spot solution countermeasure,the results showed that the phenomenon of broken anchor of shoulder socket bolt were effectively controlled.
