摘　　要：目的:分析研讨PCI手术介入治疗急性心肌梗死合并心功能不全的效果。方法:随机从某院2016年4月~2018年12月期间收治的急性心肌梗死合并心功能不全患者中抽取80例,按治疗方式分对照组(40例常规治疗)和研究组(40例PCI手术介入治疗),比较治疗效果。结果:研究组总疗效95%高于对照组75%(P<0.05);治疗前组间心功能指标差异小(P>0.05),治疗后研究组心率、LVEF高于对照组,LVES低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率5%低于对照组27.50%(P<0.05),研究组死亡率0%(0/40)低于对照组5.00%(2/40),但差异小(P>0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死合并心功能不全患者接受PCI手术介入治疗,可显著改善心功能,降低不良反应,疗效明显。Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of PCI intervention in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction.Methods:80 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac dysfunction treated in a hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 were randomly selected and divided into control group(40 cases,routine treatment)and study group(40 cases,PCI surgical intervention)according to the treatment method,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results:The total curative effect of the study group was 95%,which was higher than that of the control group(75%,P<0.05).There was little difference in cardiac function indicators between the groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and LVEF of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and LVES was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5%,which was lower than that in the control group(27.50%,P<0.05),and the mortality rate in the study group was 0%(0/40),which was lower than that in the control group(5.00%,2/40),but the difference was small(P>0.05).Conclusion:PCI surgical intervention can significantly improve cardiac function and reduce adverse reactions in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiac insufficiency,with obvious curative effect.
