摘　　要：目的:比较COOK双球囊促宫颈成熟并引产与静滴缩宫素引产的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年8月~2018年8月某院收治的具备引产指征的150例孕产妇作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分为对照组和观察组各75例。对照组采用静滴缩宫素引产,观察组采用COOK双球囊促宫颈成熟并引产,比较两组的引产成功率及各项临床指标。结果:观察组的促宫颈成熟率和引产成功率均明显高于对照组,有显著差异;观察组的产后尿潴留发生率、胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息发生率均明显低于对照组,有显著差异;观察组的临产时间、总产程时间均明显短于对照组,有显著差异。结论:采用COOK双球囊促宫颈成熟并引产的效果显著,可降低不良妊娠结局的发生率,同时可缩短临产时间和总产程时间,引产成功率更高,值得推广。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of COOK double balloon in promoting cervical maturation and induced labor with intravenous oxytocin induced labor.Methods:From August 2016 to August 2018,150 pregnant and lying-in women with indications of induced labor were selected as the main research subjects.All patients were divided into two groups by digital random expression method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was induced by intravenous infusion of oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with COOK double balloon to promote cervical maturation and induced labor.The success rate and clinical indexes of induced labor were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of promoting cervical maturation and the success rate of induced labor in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the incidence of postpartum urinary retention,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the delivery time and total labor time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.Conclusion:The effect of COOK double balloon to promote cervical maturation and induced labor is significant,which can reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome,shorten the labor time and total delivery time,with higher success rate,andh is worthy of promotion.
