氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量芬太尼在子宫切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探究氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量芬太尼在子宫切除术中的应用。方法:选取2017年6月~2019年6月某院收治的子宫切除术的患者100例,根据手术麻醉方案的不同分为研究组与对照组各50例,对照组予芬太尼,研究组予氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量芬太尼,比较两组手术前后应激指标、炎症因子水平、术后不良反应。结果:在麻醉前各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05),气腹后10min研究组MAP、HR、NE、NA均明显低于对照组,术后10min研究组HR、NE、NA仍低于对照组(P<0.05);手术后研究组IL-8、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后不良反应率14.00%显著低于对照组42.00%(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫切除术中运用氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量芬太尼可有效抑制手术引发的应激反应,减少炎症反应,且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the application of flurbiprofen axetil combined with small dose fentanyl in hysterectomy.Methods:100 cases of patiens with hysterectomy treated in a hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).The control group was given fentanyl,and the study group was treated with flurbiprofen axetil combined with small dose fentanyl according to the different anesthesia program,then the levels of stress indexes,inflammatory factors before and after operation,and the incidence of adverse reactions after operation were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the indexes before anesthesia(P>0.05).The MAP,HR,NE and NA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 10 minutes after pneumoperitoneum,and the HR,NE and NA in the study group at 10 minutes after operation were still lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 14.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 42.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of flurbiprofen axetil combined with small dose fentanyl in hysterectomy can effectively inhibit the stress response caused by operation and reduce the inflammatory response,with less adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
