普济消毒饮加减对小儿流行性腮腺炎的治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究普济消毒饮加减对小儿流行性腮腺炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月~2019年2月期间某院小儿感染科收治的流行性腮腺炎患者100例,随机分为实验组及对照组各50例。对照组采用抗病毒药物治疗,实验组在药物治疗基础上给予普济消毒饮加减治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率进行统计学分析。结果:实验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,同时临床症状消失时间、住院时间及不良反应的发生率均明显低于对照组,且上述比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统药物治疗相比,普济消毒饮加减对小儿流行性腮腺炎疗效显著,可有效降低患儿的住院时间及不良反应的发生,故该治疗方法可尝试应用于小儿流行性腮腺炎的治疗当中。Objective:To investigate the effect of Puji disinfection drink addition and subtraction on children's epidemic mumps.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2019,100 cases of epidemic mumps patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(50 cases in each group).The control group was treated with anti-viral drugs,and the experimental group was given the treatment of Puji disinfection drink addition and subtraction on the basis of drug treatment.After a period of time,the clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms disappearance time and incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed statistically.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The hospitalization time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional drug treatment,the addition and subtraction of Puji Disinfection decoction is effective in the treatment of mumps in children,and can effectively reduce the hospitalization time and adverse reactions.Therefore,this method can be used in the treatment of mumps in children.
