摘　　要：滇缅国际道路运输有力支撑了中缅贸易快速发展,但仍存在诸如缺乏中缅汽车运输协定的指引、缅方基础设施建设滞后,以及双方管理不够完善、口岸通道对开不畅和运输保险缺乏有效对接等问题。缅方民族冲突不断、投资环境欠佳、双方政治互信有待持续提升是较深层次原因。中缅双方需共同努力,加紧汽车运输协定等文件签订,加快双方道路互联互通与运输便利化建设,加速云南对缅口岸改造提升,加强中缅保险机制对接,并深化中缅合作交流。The Yunnan-Myanmar international road transport strongly supports the rapid development of China-Myanmar trade,but there are still problems such as the lack of guideline for the China-Myanmar Motor Transport Agreement,the lagging infrastructure construction on the Myanmar side,as well as the inadequate managements,the poor reciprocal openness of ports and passages and the lack of effective docking of transport insurance on both sides.The deeper causes of these problems are the continuous ethnic conflictsand the poor investment environment on the Myanmar side and the mutual political trust which needs to be improved between the two sides.To solve these problems,China and Myanmar need to work together,speed up the signing of agreements on motor transport and other documents,speed up the construction of road interconnections and transport facilitation between the two sides,accelerate the upgrading of Yunnan′s ports to Myanmar,strengthen the docking of China-Myanmar insurance mechanisms,and deepen China-Myanmar cooperation and communication.
