摘 要:地下水超采的情况日益严重,导致引发了一系列生态环境问题,如何科学、合理的评价与保护、使用与开发地下水资源变得至关重要。因此,结合海绵城市建设和水生态文明建设组织实施地表水转换地下水补源系列工程,通过研究地下水水流和溶质运移、地下水位动态、补源水质对地下水水质影响等,科学评价地表水转换地下水工程实施效果。通过地表水转地下水工程管理信息系统的开发,说明地下水评价所需资料的范围、来源,阐述了系统的架构和功能,并对该系统发挥的对地下水资源管理的支撑作用进行了展望。The situation of groundwater overdraft is becoming more and more serious,which leads to a series of ecological and environmental problems.How to evaluate and protect,use and develop groundwater resources scientifically and reasonably has become very important.Therefore,combined with the construction of sponge city and water ecological civilization,a series of surface water conversion groundwater recharge projects are organized and implemented.Through the study of groundwater flow and solute transport,groundwater level dynamics,and the impact of water quality on groundwater quality,the implementation effect of surface water conversion underground water projects is scientifically evaluated.In this paper,through the development of the management information system of surface water to groundwater project,the scope and source of the information needed for groundwater evaluation are explained,the framework and functions of the system are briefly described,and the supporting role of the system for groundwater resources management is prospected.
