摘　　要：工务安全是高铁安全重要一环,构建综合性的评价指数科学地评估我国高铁工务安全的总体状况,可为高铁安全相关工作提供理论基础。在梳理工务设备安全现状的基础上,从覆盖范围、具体指标、参数确定、测算方法等方面,研究提出构建工务安全指数体系的方法。并利用构建的工务安全指数体系,对典型高铁线路的工务安全状况进行了评估分析。Track safety plays an important role in the safety of the high-speed railway.Constructing a scientific and comprehensive index to evaluate the general condition of track safety can provide a theoretical basis for the overall safety-related work of high-speed railways in China.Therefore,this thesis,based on the condition of existing equipment for track safety,proposes the methods for constructing such an index system,covering the aspects of scope,specific indicators,determining parameters,and calculating methods.Besides,using this newly constructed system,this thesis also evaluates and analyzes the track safety of certain typical high-speed railways in China.
