长时间COOK球囊支架对宫腔镜下宫腔粘连电切患者术后复发及粘连指标表达的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与研究长时间COOK球囊支架对宫腔镜下宫腔粘连电切患者术后复发及粘连指标表达的影响。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年12月100例宫腔镜下宫腔粘连电切患者作为研究对象,将其根据COOK球囊支架留置时间的不同分为COOK球囊支架7 d组(对照组)50例和COOK球囊支架30 d组(观察组)50例。比较两组治疗后宫腔形态情况、治疗前后粘连情况及粘连指标[血清与组织转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)]。结果:两组治疗前粘连情况与粘连指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2个月,观察组宫腔形态情况均显著优于对照组,粘连情况均显著轻于对照组,血清与组织TGF-β、bFGF均显著低于对照组,血清与组织MMP-9均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长时间COOK球囊支架对宫腔镜下宫腔粘连电切患者术后复发及粘连指标表达的影响更为积极,临床应用价值更高。Objective:To observe and study the influence of long term COOK balloon stent for the postoperative recurrence and adhesion indexes expression of patients with hysteroscopic resection of intrauterine adhesions.Method:A total of 100 patients with hysteroscopic resection of intrauterine adhesions from September 2017 to December 2019 were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into COOK balloon stent 7 d group(the control group)50 cases and COOK balloon stent 30 d group(the observation group)50 cases according to the differences of COOK balloon stent application time.Then the uterine cavity shape,adhesion situation and adhesion indexes(serum and tissue TGF-β,MMP-9 and bFGF)of two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:The uterine cavity adhesion situation and adhesion indexes of two groups before treatment were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);at 1 and 2 months after treatment,the uterine cavity shape of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the adhesion situation were significantly lighter than those of the control group,the serum and tissue TGF-βand bFGF were significantly lower than those of the control group,the serum and tissue MMP-9 were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of long term COOK balloon stent for the postoperative recurrence and adhesion indexes expression of patients with hysteroscopic resection of intrauterine adhesions are more active,and its application value is higher.
