摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化分级转运方案对急危重症患者院内转运时间及不良事件的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月经本院急诊抢救室转运的88例急危重症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中2018年3月-2019年2月实施常规转运方式的44例患者设为对照组,2019年3月-2020年3月实施标准化分级转运方案的44例患者设为观察组。比较两组各医疗区域院内转运时间、转运不良事件发生情况、家属及接收科室满意情况。结果:观察组转运至普通病房、检查室及重症监护室时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组转运不良事件发生率为9.09%,低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)。观察组家属与接收科室满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化分级转运方案用于急危重症患者有利于缩短院内转运时间,降低转运不良事件发生率,从而提高升者家属、接收科室满意度,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of standardized grading transfer program on intra-hospital transfer time and adverse events of acute and critically ill patients.Method:The clinical data of 88 critically ill patients from March 2018 to March 2020 transferred in the emergency room of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,44 patients with routine transfer from March 2018 to February 2019 were set as the control group,and 44 patients with standardized grading transfer program from March 2019 to March 2020 were set as the observation group.The time of intra-hospital transfer in each medical area,occurrence of adverse events,satisfaction of family members and receiving departments of the two groups were compared.Result:The transfer time to general ward,examination room and intensive care unit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 9.09%,it was lower than 25.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of family members and receiving departments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized grading transfer program for critically ill patients is beneficial to shorten the intra-hospital transfer time,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and thus improve the satisfaction of the patients’families and receiving departments.It is worthy of application.
