沙棘糖浆止咳祛痰作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨沙棘糖浆的止咳、祛痰作用。方法采用幼龄小鼠氨水引咳法、幼龄豚鼠枸橼酸喷雾引咳法等,观察沙棘糖浆的止咳作用,通过幼龄小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量法、幼龄大鼠毛细玻管测排痰量法,观察沙棘糖浆的祛痰作用。结果止咳实验中,沙棘糖浆高剂量组可显著减少小鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.01),中剂量组豚鼠咳嗽次数显著减少(P<0.05)。祛痰实验中,沙棘糖浆低、中剂量均显著增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量(P<0.05和P<0.01),沙棘糖浆各剂量组均可显著增加大鼠痰液分泌量(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论沙棘糖浆具有止咳、祛痰作用,为临床儿童用药应用提供实验依据。Objective To study the antitussive and expectorant effects of Sea-buckthorn Syrup.Methods The antitussive effects of Sea-buckthorn Syrup were observed by ammonia water induced cough test on young mice and citrate induced cough test on young guinea pigs.The expectorant effects of Sea-buckthorn Syrup were observed by phenol red expectorant test on young mice,and tracheal secretion test on young rats.Results In the antitussive experiment,the high dose of Sea-buckthorn Syrup obviously reduced the cough times of mice(P<0.01),the medium dose significantly reduced cough frequency in guinea pigs(P<0.05).In the expectorant experiment,the low and medium dose group significantly increased the tracheal phenol red excretion in mice(P<0.05 and P<0.01),three dose group of Sea-buckthorn Syrup significantly increased the amount of sputum secretion in rats(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion Sea-buckthorn Syrup shows obvious antitussive and expectorant effects,which provides experimental basis for pediatric clinical use.
