摘　　要：本文依据当前已有的药理研究结果与临床实践经验,对小柴胡颗粒的抗病毒、解热抗炎、调节免疫、保肝护胃、降低激素副作用等药理作用进行系统综述,以祁为其进一步研究与开发提供参考。Xiaochaihu Granules(XCHG)has the functions of inducing sweat to dispel heat and protecting injured liver and stomach.In this paper,based on the existing pharmacological researches and clinical practices,the protective effects of XCHG,such as antiviral actions,antipyretic effects,anti-inflammation,immune regulation,liver and stomach protection,and reducing hormone side effects,were systematically reviewed to provide helpful reference for the XCHG′s further research and development.
