摘　　要：中国传统孝道和人道观念的双重影响,使得社区居家养老占据了中国养老模式的主导地位。新时代背景下“互联网+”的蓬勃发展和使用给社区居家养老迎来新的契机。但老年人在融入数字生活的过程中却被明显的边缘化,存在明显的数字鸿沟。本文针对社区和家庭如何为老年人提供专业化、规范化养老服务,如何有效提高老年人使用养老产品及器械的能力,从而提升社区居家养老服务水平等问题进行研究并提出建议。The dual influence of traditional Chinese filial piety and humane conception has led to the dominance of community-based home care in China.The booming development and use of"Internet+"in the new era has brought new opportunities for community home care for the elderly,but the elderly are obviously marginalized in the process of integrating into digital life,and there is a clear digital divide.This article addresses this issue on how to use the Internet technology to provide professional and intelligent elderly care services for the elderly,and how to effectively improve the elderly's ability to use elderly care products and appliances,thereby improving the level of community home care services.
