摘 要:慢性阻塞性肺病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)的临床诊断方法主要为肺功能检查和胸部影像学检查(如MRI和CT等),但它们检测的灵敏性和重复性较差。本研究拟通过应用核磁共振氢谱技术检测50例健康者和42例COPD患者血液中一些代谢物的变化,以期在分子水平寻求诊断COPD的生物标志物,以帮助COPD患者进行早期筛查。研究结果发现,在牛磺酸区(δ3.34~3.30)、谷氨酸区(δ2.50~2.26)和脂类区(δ0.90~0.86)等5区域代谢物浓度,以及牛磺酸和谷氨酸区与葡萄糖浓度比值在健康组和COPD组间有显著性差异,此将为COPD诊断标志物的研究提供帮助。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is mainly diagnosed by lung function test and chest imaging such as MRI and CT,etc.However,the sensitivities and repeatabilities of these diagnostic techniques for COPD diagnosis were unsatisfactory.Herein nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy technique is used to analyze the metabonomic differences of serum samples from 50 healthy controls and 42 patients with COPD in order to find the biomarkers for COPD diagnosis at the molecular level,thereby realizing the early screening for COPD in patients.The results showed that there were significant differences between healthy control group and COPD group in the concentrations of some metabolites such as taurine(δ3.34-3.30),glutamate(δ2.50-2.26)and lipid(δ0.90-0.86),and the concentration ratios of taurine and glutamate over glucose,which suggests that the study can provide some reference for the further research on the potential biomarkers for the diagnosis of COPD.
