摘　　要：论文以新疆乌鲁木齐市QF社区为研究对象,通过调查发现,目前社区工作者对薪酬满意程度不高,QF社区现行薪酬体系结构不合理,薪不抵劳,缺乏激励性,通过对QF社区薪酬问题的深入分析,提出了具体的薪酬体系设计思路,为该社区的薪酬体系设计与优化提出具体的意见及解决办法。The paper takes the QF community in Urumqi,Xinjiang as the research object.Through investigation,it is found that at present,the satisfaction degree of the community workers to the salary is not high,the current structure of the salary system in QF community is unreasonable,the salary is not equal to the labor,and the motivation is lacking.Through the thorough analysis of the salary problem in the QF community,this paper puts forward the concrete design idea of the salary system,and puts forward the concrete opinions and solutions for the design and optimization of the salary system in the community.
