摘　　要：近年来,在大众创业、万众创新的社会背景下,创业援助成为精准扶贫中的重要部分,也对农村脱贫发展形成促进作用。但是,返乡农民工对精准扶贫视野下的农村脱贫造成不利影响,为了有效应对返乡农民工所带来的问题,应该在精准扶贫的视野下积极开展创业援助的活动,利用创业援助的方式提升返乡农民工创新创业的成功率,寻找到更多农村脱贫路径,为农村经济发展夯实基础。In recent years,under the social background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,entrepreneurship assistance has become an important part of targeted poverty alleviation,and also plays a promoting role in rural poverty alleviation development.However,returning rural migrant workers have a negative impact on rural poverty alleviation from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation.In order to effectively deal with the problems brought by returning rural migrant workers,we should actively carry out entrepreneurial assistance activities from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation,we should improve the success rate of innovation and entrepreneurship of returning migrant workers by means of entrepreneurial assistance,find more ways to get rid of poverty in rural areas,and lay a solid foundation for rural economic development.
