摘　　要：房地产行业在我国国民经济中占有重要的地位,该行业能否稳健发展是直接导致我国经济是否持续增长的决定因素之一。为保证娄底市房地产产业健康有序的发展,实现多部门多元联动的市场动态调控管理机制,论文运用大数据平台,构建娄底市房地产信息系统,通过NoSQL对大数据平台收集的相关信息进行储存并按照要求分类,然后进行分析预测并实现数据可视化,从而为政府部门提供政策依据,使“一城一策”的房地产调控政策成为现实。The real estate industry plays an important role in China's national economy.The steady development of the industry is one of the decisive factors directly leading to the sustainable growth of China's economy.In order to ensure the Loudi's healthy and orderly development of the real estate industry,achieve the market dynamic regulation of multi-sectoral multivariate linkage management mechanism,this paper uses the big data platform to construct the Loudi's real estate information system,stores the relevant information collected by the big data platform through NoSQL and classifies it according to the requirements,then analyzes,forecasts and realizes the data visualization,so as to provide the policy basis for the government department,make the real estate regulation policy of"one policy for one city"become a reality.
