摘　　要：工程建设风险不可避免,如何减小己方风险至关重要。设计单位牵头实施总承包项目,如何增强风险意识,规避或减小风险,是摆在面前的难题。本文从总承包项目管理经验出发,分析其中设计单位可能面临的风险,总结化解风险的经验和做法,可为相关类似项目提供借鉴。Project construction risk is inevitable.Risk reduction is an important problem.Design units take the lead in the implementation of general contracting projects.It is difficult to enhance risk awareness,and avoid or reduce risks.The paper starts with general contracting project management experience.The risks of the design units are analyzed,the experience and practice of risk solution are summarized,thereby providing reference for related similar projects.
