摘 要:研究了Fe2O3-Co3O4/Al2O3催化剂催化含氯尾气脱氢性能,分别考察了在不同反应温度、不同铁钴氧化物负载量和不同焙烧温度下尾氯脱氢性能,并采用XRD、SEM、FTIR和BET等手段对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,Fe2O3和Co3O4是催化剂的主要活性组分,在催化剂用量为0.5 g,Fe2O3负载量为2.0%,Co3O4负载量为1.2%,400℃焙烧和150℃反应温度下,催化剂表现出较好的脱氢性能,H2转换率为96%,且总体上H2-Cl2反应选择性>H2-O2反应选择性。The performance of Fe2O3-Co3O4/Al2O3 catalysts for the dehydrogenation of chlorine-containing tail gas was studied.The dehydrogenation performance of the catalyst for dehydrogenation of tail chlorine at different reaction temperatures,different iron-cobalt oxide loadings,and different calcination temperatures were investigated.The catalysts were characterized by different techniques such as XRD,SEM,FTIR,and BET analysis.The results indicated that Fe2O3 and Co3O4 are the main catalytically active component.The catalysts exhibited a higher catalytic performance for dehydrogenation of chlorine-containing tail gas at 150℃,with catalyst dosage were 0.5 g,2.0%Fe2O3,1.2%Co3O4 loading amount,and calcination temperature at 400℃,respectively.And the maximum conversion rate of hydrogen was 96%.In addition,the chlorine-containing tail gas dehydrogenation reaction selectivity of the H2-Cl2 reaction is greater than that of the H2-O2 reaction.
