摘 要:基于工业用V2O5-WO3/TiO2催化剂,采用TG/DTG-FTIR联用并结合TPD脱附实验研究沉积于催化剂表面的硫酸铵盐分解特性。结果表明,沉积在催化剂表面的硫酸铵在受热时经历两步分解行为:首先,硫酸铵在185℃开始分解释放氨,然后395℃开始有SO2脱附出来,并在580℃完全分解;沉积于催化剂表面的硫酸氢铵第一步的脱氨提前至246℃,SO2的释放延至387℃,在600℃下分解完全。催化剂降低了硫酸铵盐热分解释放NH 3的初始温度,但提高了释放SO2的初始温度。催化剂中活性组分导致硫酸铵盐在更低的温度下释放NH 3,而SO2开始释放的温度的延迟均由二氧化钛造成。Based on the industrial V2O5-WO3/TiO2 catalyst,the decomposition characteristics of ammonium sulfate deposited on the catalyst surface were studied by TG/DTG-FTIR combined with TPD desorption experiment.The results showed that(NH4)2 SO4 deposited on the surface of the catalyst undergone two-step decomposition behavior when heated:First,(NH4)2 SO4 begined to decompose and release ammonia at 185℃,then SO2 released at 395℃,and was completely at 580℃;the first step deamination for NH4 HSO4 deposited on the catalyst was advanced to 246℃,the release of SO2 was extended to 387℃,and the decomposition was completed at 600℃.The catalyst reduced the initial temperature at which the ammonium sulfate salt thermally decomposed to release NH3,but increased the initial temperature at which SO2 was released.The active component in catalyst made the ammonium sulfate release NH3 at a lower temperature,and the delay in the temperature at which SO2 begined to be released was caused by the influence of TiO2.
