摘  要:采用电絮凝方法处理返排废水,在絮凝作用、氧化还原作用及微气浮作用下,实现废水快速脱稳澄清。采用Al极板,电流≥5.62 A,极板间距40~60 mm,动态处理废水40 min后,水样变清澈透明,含油量≤0.16 mg/L,Zeta(ζ)电位降为-1.9231 mV,浊度≤17.4 NTU,色度18,悬浮物含量82.34 mg/L,可实现压裂废水回用的目标;输出电流提高到20 A时,处理时间8 min,水质浊度即可降到≤12.0 NTU;处理后废水中大分子有机物被降解,絮体残渣以Fe2O3和Al2O3为主。Electric-flocculation method is adopted to treat flow-back wastewater,under the coordination of three functions of flocculation,redox and air flotation,the wastewater was quickly destabilized and clarified.Using Al plate,the output current of 4~6 A,the plate spacing of 40~60 mm,dynamic treatment of the wastewater 40 min,the wastewater became clear and transparent:oil≤0.16 mg/L,Zeta potential drop to-1.9231 mV,turbidity≤17.4 NTU,color degree 18,suspended solids≤82.34 mg/L,meets the standard of reusing the fracturing wastewater;output current increased to 20 A,the processing time is about 8 min,water turbidity≤12.0 NTU;The macromolecular organic matter in the wastewater was degraded after treatment,and the floc residue was mainly Fe2O3 and Al2O3.
