摘  要:采用常见的聚合氯化铝(PAC)预处理麦草制浆造纸废水,为后续工艺做好准备工作。采用单因素法优化各工艺参数,并着重考察了CODCr去除率和脱色率。结果表明,聚合氯化铝混凝法最优工艺参数为:混凝剂PAC用量为1 g/L,混凝pH值为6.0,混凝转速为100 r/min,助凝剂种类为阴离子型助凝剂(APAM),APAM用量为0.05 g/L,CODCr去除率为78.2%,脱色率为81.8%,效果好于活性炭吸附法。It prepares for the subsequent process by PAC which pretreatment wheat straw pulp papermaking wastewater.The single factor method was used to optimize the process parameters,and the COD Cr removal rate and decolorization rate were emphasized.The results show that the optimal process parameters of the polyaluminum chloride coagulation method are:coagulant PAC dosage is 1 g/L,coagulation pH is 6.0,coagulation rotation speed is 100 r/min,and coagulant type is APAM.The dosage of APAM is 0.05 g/L,the removal rate of COD Cr is 78.2%,and the decolorization rate is 81.8%,the effect is better than that of activated carbon adsorption.
