摘 要:以催化裂化油浆性质、构成特征为基础,针对催化裂化油浆催化剂粉末净化分离的离心-静电分离、化学沉降等相关分离技术进行了分析,并且概述了近年来催化裂化油浆石油化工方向调和改性生产道路沥青、渣油强化蒸馏、丙烷脱沥青、悬浮床加氢技术的研究进展,总结了催化裂化油浆精细化工产品方向生产橡胶软化剂、石油芳烃增塑剂、高温热传导液、石油磺酸表面活性剂、乳化炸药的应用进展,还对催化裂化油浆在碳材料方向合成针状焦、碳素纤维、COPNA树脂、中间相炭微球、炭黑的应用进行了阐述。Based on the properties and constitutive characteristics of FCC oil slurry,centrifugal-electrostatic separation,chemical settling and other related separation technologies of FCC oil slurry catalyst powder purification were analyzed.At the same time,the research progress of catalytic cracking oil slurry in the direction of petrochemical industry was summarized,for example,the production of road asphalt,residuum enhanced distillation,propane deasphalting,suspended bed hydrogenation technology.The basic summarized the application progress of FCC oil slurry in the production of rubber softener,petroleum aromatics plasticizer,high temperature heat conduction fluid,petroleum sulfonate surfactant and emulsion explosive in the direction of fine chemical products.The application of FCC oil slurry in the synthesis of needle coke,carbon fiber,COPNA resin,mesophase carbon microspheres and carbon black in the direction of carbon materials is also described.
