摘 要:简要介绍了煤中硫的赋存形态,进而主要综述了近期关于微波脱硫净化提质微粉煤的典型方法的研究进展;在此基础上对微粉煤燃前微波净化提质的相关研究进行了总结与展望,并指出强化微波脱硫基础理论研究、简化优化化学助剂-微波联合脱硫的操作条件和工艺流程、改善稳定性逐步进行放大实验,研发更适合微波脱硫的微波设备,提高对煤质变化的适应性,尤其加强与我国国情相适应的微波-干法磁选联合脱硫的研究应是未来研究的关键,以期为微粉煤燃前微波净化提质的研究和应用提供参考。The occurrence mode of sulfur in coal was briefly introduced.And the recent research progress on typical methods of microwave desulfurization and purification of pulverized fine coal were reviewed.Furthermore,based on the review,the development trends of related research on pre-combustion microwave purification and upgrading of fine coal were summarized and prospected to provide reference for the research and application of pre-combustion microwave purification and upgrading of pulverized coal.Namely,strengthening the basic theoretical research of microwave desulfurization,simplifying and optimizing the operating conditions and process flow of chemical additives-microwave combined desulfurization,improving stability and gradually carrying out amplification experiments,developing microwave equipment suitable for microwave desulfurization,and improving adaptability to the coal quality changes should be the key to future research on microwave desulfurization.In particular,strengthening the research of microwave-dry magnetic separation desulfurization that is suitable for China’s national conditions was highly emphasized.
