乡村治理创新背景下农村社区警务运行机制的构建

摘　　要：在乡村治理创新背景下,我国农村社区警务工作在政策落实层面、工作方法层面、互动机制层面、评价机制层面存在一些问题。基于此,以乡村治理创新为背景,应全面落实社区警务政策、树立正确的建设理念,创新社区警务工作方法、转变警务人员的工作作风,构建“警务室一社区一居民”治理体系、形成警民良性互动机制,健全社区警务工作考评机制、调动警务人员工作积极性等,以促进农村社区警务运行机制的建设。Under the background of rural governance innovation,rural community policing still witnesses some problems regarding policy implementation,working methods,interaction mechanism and evaluation mechanism.Accordingly,efforts need to be made to fully implement community policing policy,develop correct construction ideas,innovate community policing methods,transform police officers'work styles,construct"police office-community-resident"management system,develop benign police-masses interaction mechanism,perfect evaluation system for community policing,motivate the police officers'enthusiasm of police work with a view to promoting the construction of rural community policing operation mechanism.
