新发展理念下警察院校警务实战教师队伍的专业化建设——以湖南警察学院为例

摘  要:新发展理念是新时代中国特色社会主义建设的战略指引。新时代警察院校警务实战教师队伍专业化建设,要以新发展理念为引领,突出创新、协同、开放、共享。各警察院校在这方面的工作与这一要求之间还存在一定差距。以湖南警察学院为例,分析问题并提出具体的建设路径:以创新为引领动力,加强队伍思想活力建设;以协调为内在要求,加强队伍整体性发展建设;以开放为必由之路,加强队伍能力建设;以共享为本质要求,加强大数据化条件下的教学科研团队建设。The new development concept is the strategic guidance for construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Professional construction of teaching team of police practical operation in the new era in police colleges should be guided by the new development concept,highlighting the requirements of innovation,coordination,openness and sharing.There is a certain gap between the police colleges and universities in the professional construction of teaching team of police practical operation.Taking Hunan Police Academy as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and presents specific construction approaches:Namely,efforts need to be made to strengthen ideological vitality construction of teaching team with innovation as the leading power,intensify overall development and construction of the teaching team with coordination as the internal requirement of professional construction,enhance capacity construction of the teaching team with openness as the necessary way of professional construction,and strengthen construction of teaching and research team under big data condition with sharing as the essential requirement of professional construction.
