摘 要:反恐依然是世界性的难题,针对目前的反恐新形势,面对各种形式的恐怖袭击,传统的反恐训练方法和手段已经不能满足实战的需求,很难达到预期的训练效果和目的。新疆作为国内重要的反恐前沿,其警务人员面临着严峻的反恐维稳挑战。新疆警察学院作为为反恐一线输送后备人才的培养训练基地,通过建立先进的反恐VR实验实训平台,突破现有的警务实战训练瓶颈,打破刻板的训练模式,为警务工作者提供了更切合实际的理想训练途径。Counter-terrorism remains a difficult problem around the world.In view of the current situation of counter-terrorism and in the face of various forms of terrorist attacks,traditional anti-terrorism training methods and means can no longer meet the requirements of actual operation,and it is difficult to achieve the expected training effect and purpose.As an important front line of anti-terrorism in China,Xinjiang's police personnel are faced with severe challenges of anti-terrorism and stability maintenance.Xinjiang Police College,as a training base for providing reserve talents for the front line of counter-terrorism,has established an advanced anti-terrorist VR experiment and training platform to break through the existing bottleneck of police actual operation training and the rigid training mode,thus providing a more practical and ideal training approach for police personnel.
