淞沪会战中的国军越级现象研究

摘　　要：越级指挥是指高层通过自己的权威跨越一级或数级军官直接传达命令给某处部队,此种行为长久以来都受到普遍的批判和否定,但实际上除越级指挥外,还存在着自下而上的越级汇报。本文就以淞沪会战为例,分析战时国军上下互动关系中的越级指挥与越级汇报,探求越级的另一种名实现象,同时从电信通讯系统的支持去归纳出淞沪战场上越级现象的成因,并由此思考越级现象对国军作战效力带来的正负双向作用。Bypassing command refers to the high-level officers directly convey orders to a certain army by stepping over one or several levels by virtue of their own authority. This behaviour has been widely criticized and denied for a long time,but in fact,in addition to the bypassing command,there is also a bottom-up bypassing report. Taking the Battle of Shanghai as an example,this paper analyses the bypassing command and report in the interaction between the upper and lower levels of the Nationalist Army in wartime,explores another hierarchy phenomenon of bypassing,and sums up the causes of the bypassing phenomenon from the support of the telecommunication system,and thus reflects the positive and negative interactive effects of the bypassing phenomenon on the combat effectiveness of the Nationalist Army.
