摘 要:目的探讨SBAR沟通模式在涉外医疗中的应用效果。方法将国际医疗服务行业内医护人员间标准的病情交流模式即“现状-背景-评估-建议”(SBAR)沟通方式应用于涉外诊疗及住院患者病情汇报。结果运用SBAR沟通模式在涉外诊疗及住院患者病情汇报后,没有发生一例因沟通不良引起的不良事件及隐患或投诉,患者满意度达99%。结论运用SBAR沟通模式在涉外诊疗及住院患者病情汇报中,内容精简且具有针对性,提高了护士的专业素质及评判性思维能力,确保患者安全,促进团队协作。Objective To explore the application effect of SBAR communication mode in foreign medical treatment.Methods The standard state-of-the-art communication mode among medical staff in the international medical service industry,that is,the"Status-Background-Evaluation-Recommendation"(SBAR)communication method was applied to foreign-related diagnosis and treatment and in-patient reporting.Results After using the SBAR communication mode to report on the conditions of foreign-related diagnosis and treatment and inpatients,there was no case of adverse events,hidden dangers or complaints caused by poor communication,and patient satisfaction reached 99%.Conclusion The use of SBAR communication mode in foreign-related diagnosis and treatment and in-patient reporting,the content is streamlined and targeted,which improves the professional quality and critical thinking ability of nurses,ensures patient safety,and promotes teamwork.
