产科护理风险管理中开展品管圈活动研究

摘　　要：目的对品管圈(QCC)活动在产科护理风险管理中的实践及效果进行探析。方法以2017年2月—2018年2月该院产科收治150名产妇作为研究对象,依照入院先后顺序随机分成研究组和对照组,各75名;对照组实施产科护理风险管理,研究组同时开展QCC活动,对比分析2组新生儿、产妇护理风险事件发生情况,并通过问卷调查掌握产妇护理满意度。结果研究组新生儿护理风险事件发生率为0.00%,产妇护理风险事件发生率为1.33%,对照组分别8.00%,9.33%,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);通过调查,研究组护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.66%(P<0.05)。结论在产科临床护理风险管理中开展QCC活动,可有效预防和减少产妇及新生儿护理风险事件发生,提高护理服务满意度,有着重要临床意义。Objective To analyze the practice and effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in obstetric nursing risk management.Methods 150 cases of parturients admitted to the obstetrics department of the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were taken as the research objects.According to the order of admission,they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,75 cases in each;the control group implemented obstetric care risk management,and the study group carried out simultaneously QCC activities,comparative analysis of the occurrence of nursing risk events in the two groups of newborns and maternal care,and grasp maternal care satisfaction through questionnaire survey.Results The incidence of neonatal care risk events in the study group was 0.00%,and the incidence of maternal care risk events was 1.33%.The control group was 8.00%and 9.33%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after research,the satisfaction degree of the study group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.66%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out QCC activities in obstetric clinical nursing risk management can effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of maternal and neonatal nursing risk events and improve nursing service satisfaction,which has important clinical significance.
