IgA肾病应用他可莫司联合小剂量激素治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨他可莫司联合小剂量激素治疗IgA肾病的临床效果。方法便利选取2018年2月—2019年1月该院收治50例IgA肾病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法将50例患者分为参照组与研究组,每组25例,参照组给予他可莫司治疗,研究组给予他克莫司联合小剂量激素治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果以及机体各项指标(血肌酐、血糖、白细胞、24 h尿蛋白)。结果研究组患者治疗有效率96.00%显著高于参照组患者60.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.441,P=0.002);研究组患者血肌酐(82.23±13.79)μmol/L、血糖(4.62±0.61)mmol/L、白细胞(6.71±2.64)×10^9/L、24 h尿蛋白(0.51±0.5)g均优于参照组患者血肌酐(90.67±14.24)μmol/L、血糖(5.53±0.79)mmol/L、白细胞(8.31±2.38)×10^9/L、24h尿蛋白(1.5±0.6)g,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论他可莫司联合小剂量激素治疗IgA肾病治疗效果显著,可以有效缓解患者血糖、白细胞以及血肌酐等各项机体指标,并且有较高安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tacomus combined with low-dose hormone in the treatment of IgA nephropathy.Methods From February 2018 to January 2019,Itis convenient to select 50 patients with IgA nephropathy in this hospital were selected as the research object.According to the treatment method,50 patients were divided into a reference group and a study group,with 25 patients in each group,and the reference group was given tacrolimus treatment,the study group was given tacrolimus combined with low-dose hormone therapy to compare the treatment effects and various body indicators(serum creatinine,blood glucose,white blood cells,24 h urine protein)between the two groups.Results The effective rate of 96.00%of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of 60.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=9.441,P=0.002);patients in the study group had blood creatinine(82.23±13.79)μmol/L,blood glucose(4.62±0.61)mmol/L,white blood cells(6.71±2.64)×10^9/L and 24-hour urine protein(0.51±0.5)g were better than those in the reference group.Serum creatinine(90.67±14.24)μmol/L,blood sugar(5.53±0.79)mmol/L,white blood cells(8.31±2.38)×10^9/L,24-hour urine protein(1.5±0.5)g,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tacomus combined with low-dose hormone therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on IgA nephropathy,which can effectively relieve the patient’s blood glucose,white blood cell and blood creatinine and other body indicators,and has high safety.
