探讨阴道镜下宫颈活检在宫颈病变中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析颈病变诊断中阴道镜下宫颈活检的应用价值。方法方便选取于2018年10月—2019年10月在该院进行诊治93例细胞学检查异常或者宫颈异常患者,所有患者均行阴道镜下宫颈活检,可将病理组织学诊断结果作为金标准,并在短时间内行宫颈锥切术,分析阴道镜下宫颈活检诊断宫颈病变的符合率。结果 93例患者均行阴道镜下宫颈活检,阴道镜下宫颈活检诊断结果显示,慢性宫颈炎52例,CIN1级12例,CIN2级12例,CIN3级14例,鳞癌3例;宫颈锥切术后病理诊断慢性宫颈炎55例,CIN1级11例,CIN2级8例,CIN3级16例,鳞癌3例,诊断符合率为94.44%(85/90)。结论宫颈病变诊断中阴道镜下宫颈活检具有一定应用价值,但为了进一步提高诊断准确率,可联合其他诊断方式。Objective To analyze the application value of colposcopy cervical biopsy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods Ninety-three patients with abnormal cytology or cervical abnormality diagnosed and treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were convenienty selected as subjeccts. All patients underwent colposcopy cervical biopsy.The histopathological diagnosis results can be used as the gold standard. Cervical conization was performed in a short time,and the coincidence rate of cervical biopsy under colposcopy was analyzed. Results All 93 patients underwent cervical biopsy under colposcopy. The diagnosis result of cervical biopsy under colposcopy showed that there were 52 cases of chronic cervicitis, 12 cases of CIN level 1, 12 cases of CIN level 2, 14 cases of CIN level 3, 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, and cervical conization;Postoperative pathological diagnosis of 55 patients with chronic cervicitis, 11 patients with CIN1 grade, 8 patients with CIN2 grade, 16 patients with CIN3 grade, 3 patients with squamous cell carcinoma, the diagnosis coincidence rate was 94.44%(85/90). Conclusion In the diagnosis of cervical lesions, colposcopy cervical biopsy has certain application value, but in order to further improve the diagnostic accuracy, other diagnostic methods can be combined.
