摘　　要：目的探讨脓毒症患者应用连续血液净化治疗的预后效果及对血清LA、PCT、CRP的影响。方法便利择取2015年1月—2019年12月该院ICU收治的62例重症脓毒症患者,分为实验组(ICU常规治疗+连续血液净化,31例)和对照组(ICU常规治疗,31例)。治疗前后,测定两组血清LA、PCT、CRP水平,以APACHE-II量表和SOFA量表评估两组生理健康状况与器官衰竭情况,统计两组ICU收治时间与28 d病死率,评价预后。结果实验组治疗后LA(2.4±1.3)mmol/L、PCT(9.6±4.1)ng/mL、CRP(51.6±13.2)mg/L,APACHE-II(5.9±2.6)分,SOFA(3.0±0.9)分,ICU收治时间(9.4±2.7)d,28 d病死率6.45%,各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.351、14.811、21.937、7.632、5.710、7.892;χ^2=4.292,P<0.05)。结论连续血液净化治疗脓毒症的效果确切,可有效降低患者血清LA、PCT、CRP水平与病死率,对改善预后具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the prognostic effect of continuous blood purification treatment in patients with sepsis and its influence on serum LA,PCT and CRP.Methods From January 2015 to December 2019,62 patients with severe sepsis admitted to the ICU of the hospital were divided into experimental group(ICU conventional treatment+continuous blood purification,31 cases)and control group(ICU conventional treatment,31 cases).example).Before and after treatment,the serum LA,PCT and CRP levels of the two groups were measured.The APACHE-II scale and SOFA scale were used to assess the physical health and organ failure of the two groups,and the ICU admission time and 28-day mortality of the two groups were counted to evaluate the prognosis.Results After treatment in the experimental group,LA(2.4±1.3)mmol/L,PCT(9.6±4.1)ng/mL,CRP(51.6±13.2)mg/L,APACHE-II(5.9±2.6)points,SOFA(3.0±0.9)points,ICU admission time(9.4±2.7)d,28 d mortality rate of 6.45%,all indicators are better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(t=7.351,14.811,21.937,7.632,5.710,7.892;χ^2=4.292,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of sepsis is definite.It can effectively reduce the serum LA,PCT,CRP levels and mortality of patients.It has a positive effect on improving the prognosis and is worthy of popularization.
