甲状腺癌根治术后并发症及其护理对策探讨

摘　　要：目的研究甲状腺癌根治术后并发症及其护理对策。方法方便选取2018年1—12月来该院就诊的72例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,设为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组:常规护理;观察组:在常规的基础上应用快速康复外科护理。结果观察组患者的护理满意度97.22%与对照组86.11%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.479,P=0.035<0.05),观察组患者的护理质量94.44%与对照组80.65%相比较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.582,P=0.039<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理应用于甲状腺癌根治术后并发症的护理中,提高了护理满意度以及护理质量。Objective To study the complications and nursing strategies after radical resection of thyroid cancer. Methods A total of 72 patients with thyroid cancer who came to the hospital from January to December 2018 were convenient selected as the research objects. They were set as the observation group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group.Control group: routine nursing;observation group: rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of routine. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.22% higher than that of the control group 86.11%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.479, P=0.035<0.05), and the nursing quality of the observation group was 94.44% higher than that of the control group 80.65%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.582, P =0.039 <0.05). Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the nursing of complications after radical resection of thyroid cancer improves nursing satisfaction and nursing quality.
