替米沙坦治疗糖尿病伴高血压的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察替米沙坦治疗糖尿病伴高血压的临床效果。方法方便选取2018年10月—2019年10月该院收治的96例糖尿病伴高血压患者为研究对象,根据随机原则将其分为对照组、观察组,各48例患者。对照组采用二甲双胍片进行治疗,观察组采用替米沙坦进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果,包括空腹血糖、血压、糖化血红蛋白等指标。结果观察组患者的甘油三酯(1.01±0.24)mmol/L、空腹血糖(7.10±0.11)mmol/L、总胆固醇(4.34±0.07)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组患者总有效率为85.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.336,P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,对糖尿病伴高血压患者使用替米沙坦治疗,可在临床上取得较好的治疗效果,有效控制患者的血糖值和血压值,从而改善患者的生存质量,在临床上有较高的推广和应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of telmisartan in the treatment of diabetes with hypertension. Methods convenient select 96 patients with diabetes and hypertension admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 as research subjects, the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of randomization, each with 48 patients, and the patients in control group were treated with metformin tablets, the patients in the observation group were treated with Telmisartan. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed, including fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators.Results Triglycerides(1.01±0.24)mmol/L, fasting blood glucose(7.10±0.11)mmol/L, and total cholesterol(4.34±0.07)mmol/L of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was higer than 85.42% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.336,P <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, the use of telmisartan in the treatment of patients with diabetes and hypertension can achieve better clinical results, effectively control the patient’s blood glucose and blood pressure, thereby improving the patient’s quality of life. It has high clinical promotion and application value.
