摘　　要：目的探讨应用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶在鼻胃管置入术中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年6月—2018年6月于该院留置鼻胃管的80例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组40例,对照组40例。实验组在鼻胃管置管时使用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶挤入鼻腔和润滑鼻胃管前端进行操作,对照组采用医用石蜡油润滑鼻胃管前端进行操作,比较两组在置管过程中一次置管成功率和患者置入胃管时恶心、呕吐、呛咳症状的发生率。结果实验组1次置管成功率87.5%明显高于对照组60.0%,患者置入胃管时恶心、呕吐、呛咳症状的发生率明显低于对照组,上述各项数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用盐酸奥布卡因凝胶用于鼻胃管置入操作简单,取材方便,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of applying obucaine hydrochloride gel in nasogastric tube implantation.Methods Convenient select from June 2017 to June 2018, 80 patients with nasogastric tube indwelled in our hospital were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in the experimental group and 40 cases in the control group. The experimental group used oxybucaine hydrochloride gel to squeeze into the nasal cavity and lubricate the front end of the nasogastric tube when the nasogastric tube was inserted, and the control group used medical paraffin oil to lubricate the front end of the nasogastric tube for operation. The success rate of one-time catheterization and the incidence of nausea, vomiting, and coughing symptoms when a gastric tube is inserted. Results The success rate of one-time catheterization in the experimental group 87.5% was significantly higher than that of the control group 60.0%. The incidence of nausea, vomiting, and coughing symptoms when the gastric tube was inserted was significantly lower than that of the control group. The differences in the above data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of oxybucaine hydrochloride gel for nasogastric tube placement is simple, convenient and effective.
