摘　　要：中国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,绿色交通成为交通运输行业发展的引领方向。本文针对交通行业碳交易研究及实践相对薄弱的现状,在分析必要性的基础上,应用态势分析法对浙江交通运输行业开展碳交易的环境进行了探讨,表明其当前优势和未来机遇较好,同时劣势和威胁不容忽视,浙江交通运输行业开展碳交易具有较强可行性。基于上述分析,研究构建了SWOT矩阵并归纳得到浙江交通运输行业参与碳交易的基本对策要点。China's economy is shifting from a high-speed growth period to a high-quality development period.Meanwhile,the green transportation is leading the development of the transportation industry.Considering the situation that the research and practice of carbon trading in transportation industry is relatively weak and based on the analysis of necessity,this paper empirically discusses the environment of carbon trading in Zhejiang Transportation Industry by using the situation analysis method.It shows that the current advantages and future opportunities are better,while the disadvantages and threats can not be ignored.On the basis of above analysis,this paper constructs the SWOT matrix and summarizes the basic countermeasures of Zhejiang transportation industry to participate in carbon trading.
