糖尿病患者安置永久性心脏起搏器的手术配合及术后护理措施研究

摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病患者安置永久性心脏起搏器开展手术配合及术后护理措施的价值。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月接收100例糖尿病患者研究,均开展安置永久性心脏起搏器手术,以随机法分为两组对照组(n=50,常规护理),试验组(n=50,围术期手术配合及术后护理),对比血糖水平(FBG、PBG、HbA1c)、生活质量、并发症发生率。结果血糖水平对比,试验组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量对比,试验组(94.61±1.26)分较对照组(80.46±1.34)分高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率对比,试验组(10.00%)较对照组(28.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者安置永久性心脏起搏器开展围术期手术配合及术后护理对降低并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量效果更理想。Objective To study the value of permanent cardiac pacemaker placement in diabetic patients for surgical cooperation and postoperative nursing measures.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,100 cases of diabetic patients were studied,all of whom carried out permanent pacemaker surgery.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=50,routine care)and experimental group(n=50,perioperative period)surgical cooperation and postoperative care,and compare blood glucose levels(FBG,PBG,HbA1c),quality of life,and complication rate.Results The blood sugar level of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life comparison test group(94.61±1.26)points was higher than the control group(80.46±1.34)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the comparative test group(10.00%)was lower than that of the control group(28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Placement of permanent cardiac pacemaker for diabetic patients for perioperative cooperation and postoperative care is more effective in reducing the incidence of complications and improving the quality of life of patients.
