摘 要:目的探讨合并心脑血管疾病的早期2型糖尿病患者短期胰岛素的治疗方法,并对其应用效果予以评价。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月期间在该院接受治疗的早期2型糖尿病合并心脑血管疾病患者,共抽选66例,所有患者经抛硬币法被分为两组,参照组对患者进行常规治疗,研究组予以患者短期胰岛素强化治疗,比较两组患者血糖水平与胰岛功能的情况。结果研究组在试验30 min后的胰岛功能C肽水平分别为(2.51±0.29)ng/mL优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验后120 min,研究组患者血糖水平为(14.27±2.81)mmol/L,明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且研究组患者的生存质量评分为(80.72±3.99)分,明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期2型糖尿病合并心脑血管疾病应用短期胰岛素强化治疗方案,能够调整患者血糖水平,对改善患者胰岛功能具有积极意义。Objective To explore the treatment of short-term insulin for early type 2 diabetes patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and to evaluate the effect of its application.Methods A total of 66 patients with early type 2 diabetes complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected.All patients were divided into two groups by the coin flip method,the reference group of the patients were given conventional treatment,and the study group was given short-term insulin intensive treatment to compare the blood glucose level and islet function of the two groups.Results The islet function C peptide levels of the study group was(2.51±0.29)ng/mL and(6.16±0.37)mmol/L respectively after 30 min of the test,which was better than that of the reference group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);120 min after the test,the study group of the blood glucose level of patients was(14.27±2.81)mmol/L,which was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the quality of life score of patients in the study group was(80.72±3.99)points,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of short-term insulin intensive treatment for early type 2 diabetes with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can adjust the patient's blood glucose level and has a positive significance in improving the patient's islet function.
